SHT 02 — BACKGROUND
2.0 BACKGROUND

A decade of building in the sector.

Peis Ventures was founded in 2014 and incorporated on 24 August 2015 to provide credible engineering and construction services. Our specialisms span building construction and civil works, landscaping, mechanical works, steel structures for boreholes, steel roofing, water purification, dams, river dikes, and aluminium and glass building works.

Our directors bring long-standing experience across national and regional corporate projects, with a track record of transparent accountability, skilful contract execution and reliable completion schedules — the qualities that have earned trust with contract-awarding authorities over the years.

The company is at an advanced stage of recapitalising its nominal share capital to a minimum of Ksh 50,000,000, backed by effective banking and credit relationships that support the working capital any awarded contract requires.
